Since your printer consumes ink not only for printing but also for other operations like cleaning, a certain amount of ink is wasted and it is collected by the waste ink pad. Therefore, the printer counts the amount of waste ink.
Once the amount of waste ink reaches the predefined limit, the printer indicates "MAINTENANCE REQUEST" and the waste ink pad should be replaced. Also, you must reset the maintenance error condition and the waste ink counter value stored in EEPROM on the mainbord of the printer.
The adjustment program enables you to perform maintenance and adjustment functions such as:
- EEPROM initial setting
- Ink Pad Counter reset
- Initial Ink Charge
- Head ID Setting
- Top margin Adjustment
- Bi-D Adjustment
- USB ID Input
Note: The above list is related to models Epson C20 and C40 only. Other printer models may have different set of functions, and you must doublecheck the service manual for a specific printer that you are going to troubleshoot.
Warning: misuse of a program may damage printers EEPROM! Under Window 98 only.

Resetter Epson L200 & The methods:
1. Turn on Epson L200 and make sure Epson L200 Connected to computer and
had installed driver.
2. The do Resetter Epson L200 with double click file "Adjprogram.exe"
3. Click " Accept" Particular Adjusment mode - Choose "Waste Ink Pad Counter Reset"
click " Check" - More " Main Pad Counter , Fl Box Counter , ink tube Counter"
then click - Initialization - " Finish
4. The next step turn of Epson L200, then take of power cable.
5. The last step take on power cable and turn on, wait for a second till Epson L200 be normally.

Code Error canon MP145, MP150, MP160 etc :
E2-2 = tidak ada kertas atau priter tidak bisa narik kertas (bisa karena roll kotor)
E3-3 = Paper jam
E4 = tidak ada tinta/cartridge
E5-5 = ink cartridges tidak terpasang atau cartirdge yang terpasang salah (tidak compatibel)
E8 = absorber full, atau platen waste ink absorber full mita direset
E9 = hubungan ke digital camera / video camera tidak support
E14 = Ink cartridges whose destination are wrong
E15 = Catridge warna mengalami run out
E16 - Catridge hitam mengalami run out
E17 -E19 = masalah pada scan head alignment sheet
E22 = Carriage error
E23 = Paper feed error
E24 = Purge unit error (bagian cleaning head)
E25 = ASF(cam) sensor error
E26 = Internal temperature rise error

Cara Reset Waste Ink Counter Canon MP145, MP150, dan MP160 Etc.
Cara Reset Waste Ink Counter Canon MP145, MP150, dan MP160 Etc, akan saya jelaskan di sini. Printer Canon MP145, MP150, dan MP160 etc, yang perlu direset akan muncul tanda-tanda berikut : yaitu di LED 7 segmen akan tampil Error Code E8 atau E27.Bagi temen-temen yang printer Canon MP145, MP150, dan MP160 -nya mengalami kejadian tersebut, berikut cara resetnya :
1. Matikan printer (pastikan kabel power masih terpasang), tekan dan tahan tombol STOP/RESET, kemudian tekan dan tahan tombol ON/OFF dan lepas STOP/RESET (tombol ON/OFF jangan dilepas, kemudian tekan tombol STOP/RESET 2x
2. Lepaskan kedua tombol bersamaan, dan sekarang printer dalam posisi SERVICE MODE (pada LCD printer akan muncul angka "0")
3. Setelah lampu on/off berwarna hijau dan lampu LCD muncul angka 0, silahkan tekan tombol STOP/RESET sesuai dengan petunjuk berikut:
di tekan 1x = lampu Orange nyala >untuk Service pattern testprint
di tekan 2x = lampu Hijau nyala >untuk EEPROM testprint
di tekan 3x = lampu Orange nyala >untuk EEPROM reset
di tekan 4x = Lampu Hijau Nyala >untuk Waste ink counter reset
Kalau Canon MP145, MP150, dan MP160 errornya E27, maka pilihlah 4x tekan tombol STOP/RESET.
4. Tekan tombol ON/OFF 2x, maka printer akan mati, dan cabut kabel POWER.
5. Pasang kembali kabel Power dan Hidupkan kembali printer anda. Selesai...
