Tutorial ini dibuat untuk membantu temen-temen yang sedang mengalami masalah reset cartridge HP. Biasanya kalau cartridge sudah diisi ulang, maka estimated ink level pada HP Tool Box akan terlihat kosong. Nah, agar estimated ink level penuh lagi maka cartridge HP anda perlu direset. Ini dia caranya : Untuk reset cartridge printer HP [ HP 21, 22, 27, 28, 56, 57, 58 ]
1. Refill cartridge HP anda menggunanakan tinta reffil favorit anda.
2. Ikuti diagram di atas, tutup plat elektronik yang ditanda dengan warna biru dengan isolasi bening (hati-hati, jangan menutup area lain).
3. Masukan cartridge ke dalam printer. Printer akan memberitahukan ada problem pada cartridge anda. Abaikan peringatan ini. Printer akan mencetak halaman alignment.
4. Ambil cartridge dari printer. lepaskan isolasi. Tutup plat elektronik yang ditandai dengan warna merah.
Catatan : warna biru dan merah hanyalah ilustrasi. Anda jangan memberi warna pada cartridge HP anda.
(Jangan sampai pada saat menutup pin seperti di atas. Ingat tutup pin warna merah dan biru aja)
5. Ikuti langkah no. 3.6. Cabut cartridge dari printer untuk yang terakhir kali. Lepas isolasi yang menutup plat elektronik. Tempatkan kembali cartridge pada printer. Printer seharusnya mencetak halaman alignment dan estimated ink level pada toolbox seharusnya terbaca penuh.
Pas nutup pin, pin yang laen jangan sampe ketutup.
Kalo selotip dah di lepas dua-duanya trus masih muncul “Catridge(s) incorrectly installed” coba bersihin pin-pin yang ada pada gambar di catridge pelan2 pake penghapus, stop process hpqste08.exe dari task manager trus jalanin lagi HP Solution Center. Kalo tidak bisa juga silakan hubungi service center printer HP terdekat. Semoga membantu

Reset the ink level for Cartridges HP 21, HP 27,HP 818,HP 802, HP 56, HP 58, HP 22, HP28 and HP 57
The Steps to Reset Ink level Printer cartridges HP 21, HP 27,HP 818,HP 802, HP 56, HP 58, HP 22, HP28 and HP 57
Step1:
Turn your computer OFF and then remove cartridge from the printer.
Step3:
Place a piece of tape over the top left contact of the circuit as shown in BLUE on the picture.
Step4:
Turn on the printer. Printer will automatically print test page. (Note:if printer does not print a test page but goes through a head movement printer initialising process continue following steps when initializing process ends.
Step5:
Remove the cartridge from printer.
Step6:
Place a piece of tape over top right contact of the circuit as shown in RED on the picture.
Step7:
Replace cartridge to printer. Printer will go through a series of tests. initializing process.
Step8:
Remove cartridge from the printer.
Step9:
Place a piece of tape over the two contacts on the right side of the cartridge circuit as shown in
GREEN on the picture.
Step10:
Replace cartridge to printer. Printer will run additional tests and be quite audible.(Ink levels will display “printer busy message” at this point)
Step11:
Remove cartridge from printer and remove all tape from the cartridge.
Step12:
Reinstall cartridge. (Ink levels will display “printer busy message” at this point)
Step13:
Turn printer off. Wait for 60 seconds and turn the printer back on. Ink level should now read full.
Refilling Instruction:
When You Refill the cartridge maintain the correct amount of liquid Ink So that the cartridge dont leaks.
For BLACK Printer cartridges HP 21, HP 27, HP 56, HP 818, HP 802 - 5ml
For tricolor Printer cartridges HP 22, HP 28, HP 58, HP 818, HP 802 - 2ml each
Note:Do Not overload ink it will cause leak, consider low quantity ink refill for each refilling process.
Use not more then 5ml syringe with needle for best refills.

Refill Instructions HP Cartridge C9352 22
1. Put the cartridge on some paper towels in an area where you can tolerate a spill.
2. Peal off the top label.
3. Fill the syringe with 5 ml. of color ink.
4. Very S-L-O-W-L-Y inject ink into each chamber until the sponge is full. A little ink might come out of the top when full, so cover up the other two holes while filling one.
5. When finished, replace the top label or leave it off (it will make no difference in the printing).
6. Replace the cartridge and run 1 - 3 cleaning cycles as per printer instructions.
Or print Test pages.
