Pertama kita setting objek gambar yang akan kita sablon tentunya.setelah kita mengukur diameter media yang akan kita sablon lalu print dengan printer laser lebih baik. Lantas di afdruk ke secreen, Insya Allah kedepan kami bahas cara membuat afdrukan film ke screen sablon.
Oke kita anggap sudah siap sablon ke media yang kita inginkan untuk media bentuk silinder, kalau kita memakai bentuk screen yang dilengkung mengikuti diameter silinder ini maka akan memakai biaya yang mahal/tetapi kalau harga jualnya masuk tidak masalah pakai screen lengkung dan tentu screen pun tidak langsung di dapat ditoko - toko sablon karena screen sablon bentuk ini harus di pesan terlebih dahulu.
Seperti yang sudah di bicarakan diatas untuk menekan kost/biaya produksi kita menggunakan screen sablon yang setandar saja. Karena dengan memakai screen yang standar kita bisa mendapatkannya dengan mudah di toko- toko sablon.
Alat - alat yang di gunakan : Screen sablon standar, rakel, lap, meja, Rell triplek

Cara menyablon nya pun terbilang sederhana :

Taruh akrilik silinder diatas rel triplek
Letakan screen sablon yang sudah di afdruk diatasnya
Perhatikan gambar sablon di screen jika gambar di screen di belakang cilinder maka dorong kedepan, dan sebaliknya jika gambar dicreen di depan silinder maka tarik ke belakang.
Untuk mengisi gambar di screen sablon dengan menggunakan rakel, misalnya posisi gambar sablon sudah tepat di belakang silinder lalu isi gambar dengan tinta / cat sablon dengan menggunakan rakel tarik ke belakang.
Setelah cat sudah terisi dengan rata di dalam gambar sablon di screen taruh rakel gelundungkan dan tekan secara perlahan - lahan agar tinta/cat dapat menempel dengan baik ke objek akrilik bentuk silinder tersebut. Ingat digelundungkan dan tekan screen perlahan - lahan bukan di gesut memakai rakel.
Untuk memastikan hasil penyablonan screen sablon sebaiknya tidak diangkat dulu agar untuk pengulang hasil sablon yang kurang baik lebih mudah.

Begitu seterusnya sampai jumlah objek yang di sablon kelar. dibawah ini ada contoh hasil sablonnya.
