Print Jarak Jauh Dengan Teamviewer
Cara sharing printer di jaringan lokal mungkin sudah sangat umum diperusahaan, sekolahan maupun diwarnet. Namun apakah bisa bila print/cetak di jaringan luar atau berbeda gedung? jawabannya iya bisa saja, segala sesuatunya didunia ini tidak ada yang tidak mungkin dilakukan manusia, semua pasti bisa namun masih dalam tahap proses.
Sekarang anda bisa mencetak file secara jarak jauh dengan software Teamviewer. Software Gratis ini mampu mencetak file jarak jauh hanya dengan modalkan koneksi internet. sebelumnya baca dulu saja cara installnya di Remote Komputer Jarak Jauh Teamviewer.
Saya ambil contoh kasus PC A mempunyai file yang ingin dicetak ke printer PC B, PC B sangat jauh lokasinya dari PC A. keduanya terhubung dengan internet dan keduanya terdapat software Teamviewer.
PC B menginstall Driver Printer di Teamviewer, kemudian meremote PC A dengan Teamviewer, PC B mengaktifkan fitur Remote Printing. File PC A dibuka dan dicetak dengan pilihan printer di bagian belakangnya ada tulisan "... by Teamviewer". klik Print. maka akan secara otomatis file di PC A akan tercetak di PC B.
Apakah anda sudah paham atau masih bingung? saya rasa pasti masih bingung hehehe...
Ok langsung saja bagaimana cara Print Jarak Jauh Dengan Teamviewer.
Berikut langkah-langkahnya :
- Install dulu Teamviewer masing-masing komputer terkoneksi. download aplikasinya disini. bisa baca di Remote Komputer Jarak Jauh Teamviewer.
- Cek dahulu printer yang sudah siap/menyala yang tersambung di PC B di Start - Device and Printer. Lihat gambar dibawah.
- Jika sudah printer sudah siap/menyala buka Teamviewer PC B (Komputer meremote PC A/PC B dimana terdapat sambungan ke printer), klik menu Extras - Options.
- Menu bagian kiri klik Advanced - Show advanced Options.
- Cari judul Advanced network settings, baris Install print driver klik Install, tunggu sampai selesai biasanya muncul tulisan "The Teamviewer print driver was installed successfully.", Klik OK dan OK lagi.
- Sekarang PC B meremote Teamviewer PC A via Internet. Klik tanda Panah menu yang tersembunyi diremote teamviewernya, kemudian klik menu Extras - klik Remote printing (butuh proses beberapa detik) maka di Remote printing akan ada tanda centang.
- Cek printer di PC A di Start - Device and Printer, apakah printer PC B berhasil tersambung/berada langsung di PC A(biasanya ada tulisan bagian belakang printer "... via Teamviewer" dan di printer tersebut terdapat beberapa printer:Lihat pada gambar).
- Bila sudah coba tes cetak/print dari PC A. buka file misalkan file notepad. Ctrl+P dan pilih printer PC B aktif yang terdapat tulisan ... via teamviewer.(Lihat gambar). klik Print.
- Maka secara otomatis file di PC A akan tercetak di printer PC B.
- Selesai

When trying to start the Print Spooler Service, Error 1068 means "The dependency service does not exist. or the dependency service or group failed to start."
Depending on your environment and your type of printer installed, your Print Spooler Service will have other dependent services that must be running before the Print Spooler Service will start. If the dependent services are not running, you will see an error 1068 or similar message about dependent services when trying to start the Print Spooler Service.
Some canon printers will add their own services to XP and the starting of the Print Spooler Service lists them as dependencies and therefore those canon Services must be running before the Print Spooler service will start. It may be listed as the LexBce Server.
Do you now or have you ever had have any canon printers installed? If yes, are you still using the canon printers?
Depending on your printing environment, if you are using another kind of printer, you may have other Service listed in the Dependencies tab of the Print Spooler Service.
Use the XP Services Applet to check the Print Spooler dependencies and options.
Click Start, Run and in the box enter:
services.msc
Click OK to open the Service Applet.
Locate the Print Spooler Service, right click it, choose Properties and then look at the Dependencies tab. The services listed there must be running before the Print Spooler Service will start. If they are not running, you will get an error 1068 or similar message about dependent services when trying to start the Print Spooler Service.
You should always see the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service and maybe some others depending on the type of printer you have installed (canon printers can add some Dependency Services to your XP configuration). All dependent services must be running before the Print Spooler Service will start.

If the RPC Service is not running and does not start Automatically, you may have some other problems, but start with the easy stuff first.

Tablets and smart phones have caused a technological revolution around the world. People don’t have to find the nearest desktop or carry around heavy laptops to do their work or browse online. These two portable devices have become absolute necessities to many. Apple has been in the forefront of this change. With their iPhones and iPads, Apple is leading the world towards change. Though these devices have myriad advantages, they don’t have a consistent technology that is compatible to printing directly from the hand-held device.
You know Samsung is one of the leading manufacturers in smart phones and tablets. However, they also produce printers. So, it is natural for the company to come up with printers that works together with tablets and smart phones. The company has introduced free mobile print application and SCX-4729FW for android and iOS platforms bringing the three devices together.
Recently Samsung announced that the company has made changes to its Mobile Print application and more importantly the compatibility to iOS devices. When introduced in the year 2011, this app targeted the android and windows tablets and smart phones. With this enhanced version of the iOS app, users can now use this app to print any documents they want directly without transferring the files to a different device or use e-mails or servers or install specific devices to transfer the files. The company has stated that users can directly transfer files to the printing device.
How does the app work?
The mobile app works in the plug and play method. It offers easy and secure printing or scanning using a Wi-Fi connection to any of the Samsung printers available in a LAN. The free downloads allow the particular authorized user to print a document, scan it and even review, sign and printed attachments or documents from their hand-held devices.
There are other improvements on the recently updated application:
- Documents like PowerPoint, Word and Excel supported by Microsoft which come as mail attachments can be printed.
- Directly print files or documents stored on APPLE’S cloud.
- Print and of the Google Docs.
- A user can choose particular pages to be printed.
- Files shared by other apps can also be printed.
- Arrange or rearrange the icons available on the main screen.
This improved app from Samsung is available as a free download across various platforms: Andriod, Windows and iOS. You can download them for free from online.
Though it is a definitely good improvement and people don’t have to use third-party devices to print documents from their tablets or smartphones, it does have few disadvantages. For example, you cannot print directly from your device if your printer is not Samsung. Next, you require WiFi connection which may not be available at all places. The practicality of this app does not throw a good light. However, people with Samsung printers don’t have to replace their printers as the app has been made compatible to all the big platforms.
The app renovation has been just announced by Samsung. The effectiveness or the usefulness of the app will be known once mass audience start using it. it will be a convenient app to use an don’t a necessity. People can send files to their mails and get it printed from their mails instead going to the pains of buying a Samsung printer!
